For over two decades Atlantic Climbing School has been Maine’s premier climbing guide service, specializing in small, custom rock and ice climbing courses in Acadia National Park, Camden, Maine, and beyond. ACS is one of just 30 programs in the U.S. accredited by the American Mountain Guides Association (AMGA). ALL of our staff are certified by the AMGA as either Rock Guides, Rock Instructors, or Single Pitch Instructors, and we are proud to be the ONLY guide service in Maine to have this distinction

What a great experience! Kincaid and Mike were phenomenal guides. We had a group of six with a wide range of experience. They managed to select routes that everyone could climb and find their own challenges. Both guides were incredibly positive and encouraging. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Maine. I cannot recommend these guys strongly enough!

We had a great experience with Mike and Atlantic Climbing School! My only regret is that we didn't book a full day as we would have loved more time. This experience was great for experienced and new climbers as our group had both, highly recommend!!

A great time for the family. Brought my 2 boys ages 8 and 6 to try rock climbing the first time. While at first it seemed daunting, we all got the hang of it. Ryan our guide was great with the kids. Overall great experience and not to mention the sights. Only downside was the rock climbing shoes will destroy your feet. I’d probably bring some bandaids.
