For over two decades Atlantic Climbing School has been Maine’s premier climbing guide service, specializing in small, custom rock and ice climbing courses in Acadia National Park, Camden, Maine, and beyond. ACS is one of just 30 programs in the U.S. accredited by the American Mountain Guides Association (AMGA). ALL of our staff are certified by the AMGA as either Rock Guides, Rock Instructors, or Single Pitch Instructors, and we are proud to be the ONLY guide service in Maine to have this distinction

We've never rock climbed before but Mike set us up for success the entire time. We were able to do some amazing climbs right on the water because the weather was cooperating. We were challenged and had an awesome time, would rock climb with Mike again!!

Max was a great guide! We were very inexperienced and he took us through all the prep and safety and made us comfortable. We enjoyed repelling and climbing and were very happy with our experience for a first climb as a family.

Wonderful climbing experience! First time climbing and repelling with family . Max is excellent instructor highly recommend him on your climb. I was very nervous an he calmed all fears and coached us through the whole climb. Felt safe with him! Great experience highly recommend! Such a sweet a patient instructor!! Thanks Max again we had a great time!
