Shady Creek Expeditions offers Outdoor Adventures in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Northeast Georgia. Our Outfitter and Guide Shop is located on Main Street in Downtown Clayton, GA and we are permitted by the US Forest Service in the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest. We place a high priority on conservation of our mountain lands and streams. We practice Catch & Release and Leave No Trace principles. If you are looking for an authentic outdoor experience, we will set up your very own adventure with one of our professional Outdoor Adventure Guides. Our skilled and experienced Guides have been fishing mountain streams for years, and their mission is to provide an outstanding outdoor experience that you will always remember.

Had a great time. Second time fishing with Zach and Shady Creek Expeditions. Crew was great. Most guides put you on a spot to ensure everyone walks away with a catch, and it stops there. Not the case with this crew. Sure they set you up for some awesome fishing on some locally known honey holes, but they also take the time time to answer all questions on gear, fundamentals, best time to hit the water, what to look for etc. At the end of the day, you walk away having caught something and feeling like this is something you can do on your own. Great ambassadors for the sport, for Rabun County and overall fun guys to spend a cold morning in the stream with.

The most amazing day I've had in years, Zac really helped me. I have some experience but with his knowledge we caught fish all morning. I'll definitely be booking trips in the future! Thanks again Zac, you have no idea how much my soul needed a day like that.
