Mojave Guides is an AMGA accredited guide service in Joshua Tree, California. This accreditation ensures that we are upholding the highest of industry standards, including rigorous and uniform guide training, compliance with state and federal law, and that we promote ethical business practices. Our guides are contributing members of both the climbing community and our local community in Joshua Tree. We look forward to introducing you to our favorite place!

I have climbed with several wonderful guides at different companies in the past, and Taylor/Mojave Guides is by far the best. Taylor is knowledgeable, thorough, and hilarious. He took the time to find climbs that were perfect for what I was looking for. He also helped me brush up on my anchor building & cleaning, and lead climbing skills. I could not have had a better experience. I also met a few of the other guides along the way whom were also amazing. Thank you!!!

My wife Sarah and I had a blast climbing with Mojave Guides. Murphy was friendly and accommodating. We are very novice climbers and Murphy guided us on perfect routes for our experience level and was very helpful and encouraging. We felt safe and well looked after all day. We’d highly recommend Mojave Guides and Murphy especially.
