I took my 5 year-old climbing with a group of moms and sons, aged 5-12. We went with Mojave guides and they were sooooo good handling the rambunctious group of boys and we all had an amazing, safe time. The guides taught the basics and tailored the climbs for the skill/experience level, for both the kids and adults, and made everyone feel empowered and proud to challenge themselves. They were patient, professional, funny, and skilled. Highly recommend!

We brought four teenage boys and we all had an absolute blast! Ryan and Taylor were amazing - we felt completely comfortable rock climbing with no prior experience as they encouraged us to make it to the top. The views of Joshua Tree park are unmatched on this tour. The boys will never forget this!

Our family had a great experience with Mojave Guides (Ryan and Taylor)! They formulated a personalized plan for our family based on our abilities/goals. They also found a few different climbing routes on a shaded rock face to give options for our 4 hr session and keep us all climbing. They gave good instructions and were great with kids. The morning flew by because we were all having a blast. If we are ever back in Joshua Tree, we will certainly schedule another climb session with them. Thank you, Ryan and Taylor!!

Amazing experience rock climbing. It was easy to coordinate. Our guide Taylor was the absolute best. He had all the gear for me and my daughter. Was so fun and patient. He made my daughter’s first outdoor climbing experience unforgettable. She had fun and he was so good with children. We will be coming back.

We had an awesome 1/2 day of climbs with Taylor. We got to climb a nice variety of routes. Taylor is very knowledgeable about the park, and was able to set a bunch of top rope routes for us. Definitely got in the most amount of climbs my hands could possibly take in 4hrs.
