Rise Outside is a 501c3 non-profit Dedicated to normalizing diversity in the outdoors. We offer outdoor education and guided experiences on rock, ice, trail, and anywhere we connect with nature. Hiring us creates mentorship opportunities for diverse outdoor leaders and funds programming for groups who have traditionally encountered barriers to realizing their potential outside.

Incredible experience. This was my first time climbing in the Gunks and I felt incredibly safe and supported the entire time. The instructors were happy to answer every question, go into detail on follow-ups, and had amazing patience in making sure myself and the other climbers were comfortable with all the knots and systems! Will definitely be back for specific classes to continue learning. Thank you team!
