The trip was absolutely amazing. The scenery was beyond incredible and Frank and Cullen were superb guides and hosts. Cannot speak highly enough of them. They looked after our every need - making sure we were safe and cooked delicious food for every meal - top culinary skills all done in the desert. They really made a huge effort to keep us happy.

Katie, Trey, and Spencer were fabulous. Very helpful and fun to talk to. Ashley was rough to deal with. She held a grudge against two members of o it group because they got lost. The funniest part is that she didn’t make eye contact with them the rest of the trip. The paths were tooooo short. An option to have longer routes would have been nice for bikers wanting to go longer distances (7miles is nothing.) More organized texts and an actual agenda would have been nice to have. A text saying when we are meeting for breakfast and alternative options. Also, we constantly ran out of water and the water and snacks were not put out. Don’t be cheap. Also, the bikes were left out overnight laying on the ground. Being in a wet environment, I did not appreciate my bike being left out. You basically begged my bike to start rusting. I would not recommend going with your company again because there are other companies more organized, respectful of equipment, schedule texts, and overall respect between bikers and leaders.

All of the guides were fabulous and Ashley was the very best of all she took care of me, and I needed it. I probably won’t bike again on a trip like that but it’s because I’m old and have some physical problems. I didn’t love the food in the south and I would choose, better hotels if I was traveling again. But I know that’s what Marriott wanted. Thanks for everything.
