Erik was awesome! I’ve been skiing in the backcountry for a few years and wanted more confidence to go for big objectives and I learned a lot. It was a great pace to feel like I was learning but not slow to feel bored. If you have a good knowledge of the backcountry but want to feel safer out there then I definitely would recommend WMG!

Both days with Joseph and our group of four students were phenomenal. First day was focused on rescue skills, and the second day we toured and applied all of our new knowledge about forcasting, route finding, and teamwork. Can't recommend Joseph enough as a teacher and a guide.

Trip: Introduction to Backcountry Skiing Course

My son and I had an awesome experience over three day of guided tours with Todd. My son had no experience backcountry and was a bit rusty skiing. Todd adjusted the routes perfectly to keep it challenging and enjoyable while staying within our skills. We were exhausted and thrilled at all the ground we covered by the end of the trip.

Out guide Erik was a great teacher. Made me way more comfortable with being prepared and making safe decisions in Avy terrain. Our small group size made it very manageable to learn and move around the larger groups. Highly recommend.
