Our group previously traveled with Western Spirit last year on the White Rim trip. Had a blast and was very happy with the trip and the guides. This year we were able to add two more of our friends to the South Bears Ears trip, a total of five from North Carolina. We had hoped to have our same guides as our last trip but the schedule didn’t work out. We invited the two new guides to dinner the night before our trip and was really impressed by how well they were able to go over our trip and answered all of our questions. Their demeanor was spot on what we were looking for. Over the top personalities and a well rounded team. During our trip Katie and Chris worked together in tandem never was there a moment of weakness and lack of enthusiasm. The meals they prepared were always above expectations. Our two new participants couldn’t believe how good the food was. The schedule for each day was punctual and explained in detail every morning of the day’s itinerary. The entire trip was very balanced with beginner to intermediate biking and intermediate hiking. Highlights of the trip were setting up camp one time and being close to the bathroom. Being back to our hotel by early afternoon was also appreciated.
