Many thanks to Michelle for being flexible and shifting the day of our trail ride to avoid the rain!! We had a fabulous experience brushing and saddling our horses prior to the ride. The ride was absolutely beautiful around the 2,000 acre ranch. We highly recommend the accommodations, trail ride and mustang experience at the Bar SZ Ranch.

My mustang experience was full of educational information about wild horses and the humane methods for training them for ‘domestication’. I enjoyed every aspect of the experience from brushing the horse , to the physicality of training in the ring to desensitizing the horse. I had the pleasure of working with peanut who did great despite my novice instructions. Michelle was a fabulous instructor who was an expert in her field and a clear and kind communicator.

This was a great experience on the farm! We greatly enjoyed interacting with all the animals - horse, goats, chicken, dogs and baby bunnies!! We also learned a lot about the animals on the farm and their purpose. I highly recommend this experience!

Thank you for your hospitality and education on all the animals. It was exciting to help feed the animals and got to meet twin Sheep that were born 6 hours before our group showed up . I was very happy to experience the serenity, beautiful nature almost forgotten living in the city. Amazing various things to do and nice nature walk paths. I personally want to return on an other vacation trip. I was amazed of the rental home we stayed in, was peaceful and had all the comforts of home. I was amazed of the enormous kitchen and All the amenities provided for the kitchen ware needed. Thank you to each and everyone for all you did to make us welcome.
