Fantastic full day trip to rappel in lambs knoll with our guide, Sofia. She provided excellent instruction, advice for staying calm when staring into slot canyons where you can’t see the bottom and now we want more. Highly recommend lambs knoll and Sofia.

The planning of the trip was a disaster. When I booked 3 months ago I sent various email and left phone messages with no answers. We received an automatic email 2 days before asking if we had any questions or if we wanted a pick up at the hotel. I tried to answer to this with no response again… finally i called one last time one hour before our trip and somebody decided to call me back to confirm where to meet. This was really stressfull since we weren’t sure until last minute if the tour was going to take place. For almost 600$, this is an extremely poor experience. I did not put 1 star because appart from the awfull organisation, Sofia our guide was nice to us during the actual climbing experience.
