My budy Steve and I did the canyon repelling with Sofia. What a blast! Steve had never done anything like this before Sofia(nickname) was patient and explained a lot all along the way and had great approach to any concerns. Be prepared to push your limits this isn't gym climbing and repelling, it's the real deal! Views and experience where spectacular. Would I do it again, OH HECK YA! Having done a number of similar climbing and was impressed with the number of repels and felt safe the entire time.

Fantastic full day trip to rappel in lambs knoll with our guide, Sofia. She provided excellent instruction, advice for staying calm when staring into slot canyons where you can’t see the bottom and now we want more. Highly recommend lambs knoll and Sofia.

The planning of the trip was a disaster. When I booked 3 months ago I sent various email and left phone messages with no answers. We received an automatic email 2 days before asking if we had any questions or if we wanted a pick up at the hotel. I tried to answer to this with no response again… finally i called one last time one hour before our trip and somebody decided to call me back to confirm where to meet. This was really stressfull since we weren’t sure until last minute if the tour was going to take place. For almost 600$, this is an extremely poor experience. I did not put 1 star because appart from the awfull organisation, Sofia our guide was nice to us during the actual climbing experience.

This was such a fun family adventure. Not only did we get to see a different part of the park, but the canyoneering and rappelling proved to be a safe, challenging, and exciting good time.
