I had a great time on my second trip with Allen & Carrie! Perfect mix of activities, yoga & reflection. They always have a variety of options for us and go with the flow of the group, so it's a great low-pressure way to try new things. I had a wonderful adventure with the Woman in the Wilderness! This was my first time experiencing a hike and overnight backpacking trip. Our guide Emily was a lovely welcoming host. Any questions and concerns that I had she made sure to answer them. The campsite was really nice with a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. I would definitely do it again!

Five stars, for sure! This was my first experience backpacking and I was a little anxious about it, but wanted to stretch out of my comfort zone. Emily and Allen made it so easy! The booking process was clear-cut and simple to do. The communication beforehand was excellent and I knew that I could reach out to Emily with any questions that weren't covered in our pre-trip meeting. I rented some equipment from Crooked Trail and it was all good quality. I learned so much on this trip, from what gear is required to packing your pack to great ideas for eating on the trail. The other women on the trip were wonderful, as well. Everyone was open to the experience and it felt energizing to be hanging out with these women, working toward a common goal. If you're thinking about taking a trip with Crooked Trail Adventures, I highly recommend you go for it. Emily and Allen are both fantastic people and capable, personable leaders with lots of experience. I'd definitely do this again.

My trip to Sedona Arizona with Crooked Trail Adventures gave me a great experience. My guides both Allen an Carrie were very knowledgeable and helpful with everything I wanted to know and learn about my trip! All question and concerns I had were answered prior and during the trip. Planning the trip was a very smooth process with Crooked Trail Adventures and I highly recommend and I will be using them for future travels and booking.
