Trip: SCUBA - Big Sur 5-Day - Vision
Guide: Troy H.
A challenging trip to organize given the regular harsh conditions on the Big Sur's coast. Great vessel, captain and crew. Fantastic trip.

Trip: SCUBA - Santa Barbara Island
Guide:
Friendly crew, good food, dive sites that were good considering the wind and swell conditions. Very good safety standards and complete dive site briefings. I will dive with them again for sure!

Love that Ian is back as captain of the Vision! The crew was great. Tim is so helpful on the dive deck, he makes the trip so much easier for me. Troy and Justin are great, and always there to lend a hand. Chefro and Joel did a good job in the galley...and of course everyone appreciated Dan on watch all night long! The boat needs to stock more gluten-free and dairy free options. There was past at just about every meal. All desserts were either gluten or dairy based!

Trip: Caves and Coves of Anacapa Kayak Adventure
Guide: Evan B., Craig B., Alexander L.
Great trip. Choppy water due to the weather. My wife leaned too far and we got dunked. Craig kept us calm and helped us back in. Really fun ocean adventure. We should have put sunscreen on our ankles, between our pants and water shoes got sun burnt. Other than that it was a great trip from start to finish. FYI, I am 48 and weight is 250, my wife is 50 and says her weight is 200; it was not hard at all with some great learning experences.

Trip: Giant Sea Caves @ Painted Cave Kayak Adventure
Guide: John R., Jacob O., Savannah L., Garrett K.
We had our first sea cave kayak trip yesterday and it was a BLAST. 12 kids, giant sea caves, crystal clear water, loads of sea creatures and a lot of laughs. We learned a lot about the history of the island, from geology to stories about the relationship indigenous Chumash had with Santa Cruz. Food was also absolutely delicious after the Paddle. So so good. Can't wait for the next one. Thank you CIX! - The Sea League

Trip: Caves and Coves of Anacapa Kayak Adventure
Guide: Evan B., Troy H., Bryson S.
We were unable to kayak any of the caves due to tide (which is predictable) and swells (unpredictable). We didn't get to snorkel, there seemed to be a miscommunication between guides and ultimately we were told we couldn't swim from the kayaks. With four guides and 13 guests, it seemed disorganized and we got conflicting info several times.
