Cancellation Policy

Day Trips

You can cancel or modify your reservation at any time before 5 days from your departure date.
Full refund or credit for changes or cancellations before 72 hours (5 days) of the departure date.
We cannot offer a refund for changes or cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) of the departure date.
If WE have to cancel for any reason you get a full refund or credit, this includes not meeting our passenger minimum.
If you use a gift card or credit and change your reservation these policies apply to that value.

Multi-Day Trips

You can cancel or modify your reservation at any time 14 days prior to your departure date and get a full refund or credit.
We cannot offer a refund for changes or cancellations made within 10 days of the departure date.
If WE have to cancel for any reason you get a full refund or credit, this includes not meeting our passenger minimum.
If you use a gift card or credit and change your reservation these policies apply to that value.

What you can expect from us:

We follow guidelines issued by the County of Santa Barbara and the United States Coast Guard.
We sterilize and clean all surfaces in all quarters of the vessel after each trip.
If you are not feeling well, please stay home and contact us.
At this time masks are not required.
