Trip: Women's snowkite clinic with AdrenaJen (Jennie Milton)

Hubby and I drove to Thompson pass for a weekend for the Alaska Kite Festival and Kite ski clinic. I had a great experience with the women's class. Jennie is a phenomenal instructor and takes all her time and energy for you to learn! She is passionate, kind, has amazing teaching skills and managed to keep everybody happy although we had to move the clinic to the next day due to lacking wind. She certainly made our weekend and caught me for the Kite ski passion. I cannot wait to keep learning and practicing to get better and explore the mountains by wind.

Waste of money and time! Also bought a kite that was supposedly set up correctly just to find out after hours of trying to launch the goddamn thing that it was set up incorrectly! Horrible! I drove 8 hours to this event wasted thousands to make this happen!

Very knowledgeable and kind staff. I’m a brand new student for flying kites. Maybe more helpful for new students with better step-by-step instruction and a harness instead of a waist belt. Still absolutely worth the trip though!
