This was my 20th WS trip, and it was not as well planned as past trips. The published itinerary had little resemblance to the ride, which was more technical than I expected. The guides were less familiar with the area than on past trips, resulting in riders frequently going on the wrong trails. There was one bad fall, and the guides handled the emergency well. I have lots more to say (positive and negative) but this site seems to limit the length of comments, so I need to stop here.

Will was very helpful to me when I was hurt and participated in getting me back. It was not good that Garrett stopped by the campground instead of going directly to the hospital even though I had ad a serious injury. I was not at all impressed with the fact that Frank H was lost and the guides were making dinner and didn’t do a count to see that everybody had arrived at camp. Super fun trip. Fantastic guides - they have different styles - but both worked incredibly hard and provided a great experience. I would've liked a bit longer rides - but I think that was probably just me. Great trip, highly recommended.
