I had a phenomenal time. Andy was extremely informative and I truly learnt so much about mountaineering throughout our hike together. Our group had many laughs and the overall experience felt safe, invigorating, and engaging. Couldn’t recommend Andy and his company more to anyone interested in hiking Mount Washington.

Couldn't have asked for a better guide. Andy was super funny, knowledgeable, and lighthearted, but was extremely professional/safe throughout the trip. Learned a lot from my guided trip, and If your trying to get an intro to basic mountaineering, I'd extremely recommend you'd book a trip with this company.

Andy is an awesome pizza eating guide! He gave us a bunch of tips and tricks on how to make our time in the mountains more comfortable and safe + he is fun and cool person to talk to in general. Highly recommend!

It was my first time on Mount Washington and I couldn’t recommend having a guide like Andy more! Our group wouldn’t have been able to make it as far as we did and the second we had a gear problem or question Andy was bounding down the mountain to guide us through it and help. He has so much expertise and knowledge and I learned so many new skills for ascending and descending, as well as how to approach each technical section. I’m so glad I didn’t just go by myself and I feel so much more confident to return to Mount Washington. Dude is the goat.

Trip: Intro to Ice Climbing (New York)

Such an amazing introduction to ice climbing! Andy explained the technique and basics in a really helpful way, and it was so nice to have him lead the routes so that I could just focus on practicing my technique and having fun on top rope. We got to climb some amazing ice, and I really felt like I was getting the hang of it by the end of the day!
