My teenage son Kaden has spent a lot of time in climbing gyms and was eager to expand his skills outdoors, and this trip exceeded all expectations. Troy was fantastic. He chose the perfect routes for Kaden, handled all the gear setup, and belayed him throughout the day. Beyond his technical skill and deep knowledge of climbing, Troy is a natural teacher. He broke things down clearly, was patient, and truly helped Kaden build confidence on real rock. Climbing in City of Rocks is a magical experience, and Troy made it both safe and unforgettable.
