We had a very good experience. Steve was very knowledgeable of the area, and was very patient with two beginners. Fishing was slow at first but picked up in the afternoon.

He made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxed, and we both learned a lot. On top of that, he’s just great company—easygoing, friendly, and clearly passionate about what he does. Novice fly fisherman. David guided me all day, on the Big Thompson. He is very patient, experienced and knowledgeable. I was encouraged by Dave. He emphasized that my fundamentals were descent especially as he broke things down in a common-sense manner. Dave is a pro and an interesting guy with whom to spend 6 hours on beautiful water catching fish. Bob was with the other 2 fellas in our group and they had the same things to say about their time with him. A great day! Thanks Dave and Bob for sharing this beautiful area with us. We will be back!
