We made the drive from Denver to Omaha to ride across the Bob Kerry bridge! What a beautiful bridge and the area around the paths on both the Nebraska & Iowa sides.

It was a really fun bike ride and tour. I’ve lived here all my life and learned more facts about my city than I originally knew.

This is a wonderful ride and well worth our time. Keep up the good work! My comments below our for improving the experience. 1 - I suggest you put more time and effort into matching the person to the bike, and adjusting the bike to each person’s comfort and knowledge of how it functions. The in store selection is fine, but I needed to go down the sidewalk before I knew if the seat and handle bars needed adjusting, which they did, but I didn’t want to hold up the group so just dealt with the uncomfortable bar height. So I would suggest a formal person by person final check out on the sidewalk with a maintenance person who could do adjustments for each person. This will take some extra time. I guess that is what I suggest, a full checklist of each bike and person on the sidewalk for comfort and function. For instance the video showed how to change gears, but my bike the gears were on the other side and a different way the twist the gears up or down. Took me awhile to figure out and neither guide was an expert in functionality along the way, so an expert at the beginning to teach EACH person, once again slowing down the process but makes it more comfortable to the rider. Essential for the sidewalk final check is seeing what the battery level is! I would like the lead guide to go slower, traveling at a speed of 4 or 5 was too fast, 3 was fine. More leisurely. When the guide stops to tell us interesting things, I suggest they position themselves in the middle of the bikers so everyone can hear. Talking just from the front of the pack doesn’t work for us at the back. We had two batteries go dead, so that caused us to worry about what was going to happen. And riding without power was not fun. So a backup battery plan is essential. I had fun and would recommend this ride to people, just hope these things get cleaned up for a better experience.
