This lesson was all I hoped it would be--Christsonthy assessed our capabilities, gave us some basic skills, and then led us out on the trails that were just hard enough to challenge us without terrifying us. Highly recommended!

Christonthy is amazing, and I'm so glad I finally decided to get a lesson! The positivity that they brought was next level, and really helped my confidence grow over the course of the lesson. Learning from a 3rd party is sometimes the best for learning. I was taught different techniques than I had been told before, that just made sense to me, so I walked away from my lesson feeling like my skills had progressed quickly, and my confidence in those new skills grew. Definitely take a lesson! Totally worth it!!!

I had the absolute pleasure of having a 1 on 1 lesson with Christsonthy and I could not have imagined a better experience. She was phenomenal, providing constructive feedback, demonstrations and encouragement. Christsonthy was so friendly and extremely easy to talk to. I left my lesson feeling so empowered and excited to jump into the mountain biking scene and to really give it a try. As a new rider, I told Chistsonthy that I needed to learn *everything* starting with the very basics. She nailed it! We started with learning the different parts of my bike, what each part was for, and how to properly care for my bike. Next we moved on to posture and skills that would help me ride safely and lay a foundation for improving my riding. We implemented these skills and added on as Christsonthy taught me how to ride a berm and take advantage of rollers most efficiently. She offered to work on drops with me, and had me comfortably and safely dropping in minutes. We ended the lesson with a ride where I got to put together all the skills and knowledge I had learned over the last few hours. I could not be happier with lesson! Christsonthy is a fun, patient, and knowledgeable teacher who is an absolute asset to our community. Thank you!

Christsonthy is a great instructor! She gave a bunch of helpful pointers and things to think about and work through. I really appreciate the after action summary of everything we worked on. The videos also helped dial things in.
