Gene has always loved the outdoors. He holds a masters in Marine Biodiversity and Conservation and loves to talk about creating sustainable systems between humans and the beautiful world we call home. When not leading seaweed foraging tours, Gene can be found SCUBA diving, volunteering, fencing, and making art.
