I first heard of Kelpful when I read about it in the paper a couple years ago but only recently had the occasion to try it. Totally amazing! The friend I went with is a professional Japanese chef and she was equally impressed. We learned so much from Jules who was incredibly knowledgeable. Even after living on the coast for 8+ years, I dare say this transformed my relationship to the ocean.

Our family had such a great trip with Jules and we learned so much about foraging seaweed. We got to try some delicious local seaweeds and learned how to respectfully forage in ways that are good for the coastal ecosystem and our bodies. Thank you Jules!
