Our kids, 13 and 12 yo, had a wonderful time with Luis. They had only limited indoor dining experience. He picked a perfect first stop and had them up the rock face in no time. Luis is very positive and encouraging. He also taught them how to use the equipment and how to belay each other. Thank you Luis!

Had a phenomenal all-day guided climbing tour with Luis. I requested several climbing topics to learn about, in addition to a little exploring, and he got all the boxes checked on my list. He covered so many topics and gave valuable tips specific to my climbing level. He was super positive, supportive, friendly and patient. He has years of experience teaching people of all ages to climb, and it shows. Thanks Mojave Guides for a wonderful time at Joshua Tree National Park!

We loved our half-day climbing lesson with Luis. He gave great instruction, picked an awesome place to climb, set up multiple routes for us (I was with my daughters, ages 11 and 12). We will definitely be back the next time we are visiting Joshua Tree!

We had an amazing day!! Murph and Luis made us feel super safe and comfortable. They picked the perfect spot for our group of 5 kids (ages 5-11) and 4 adults. We learned so much about rock climbing and all things Joshua Tree. And the equipment was in great shape. Super fun day!! Not to be missed activity in Joshua Tree.

Luis was great taking us scrambling around and showing us the ropes to get to the cool spots with all the waterfalls after the recent rains.

Luis was a fantastic guide! Very professional, very knowledgeable . I think he would be a perfect guide for all fitness levels. We had a great hike and scramble , in the western part of the park, and on the difficult transitions he always gave us options ahead of time and insight! Will definitely ask for Luis again!
