About me
Hello!
My name is Tim Lowry and I’m psyched to be part of the NRMG team. I fell in love with climbing when I climbed outdoors for the first time in 2016, on a trip led by none other than Jordan Reding! I’ve learned so much since then and I am excited to pass that knowledge along to our wonderful clients.
A fun fact you may not know about me is that I was a competitive jump roper as a young lad, from 3rd to 7th grade. If you ask nicely and provide me with a jump rope I might even show you some moves!
I moved to the New because it is the best single-pitch cragging destination in the US! The sandstone is world-class and creates a unique variety of holds. The movement is equal parts thoughtful, powerful, and technical. And the community can’t be beat! Take a trip with us and you’ll see what I mean.

Tim was knowledgeable, patient, and fun. I’m so happy I booked this trip! After not climbing for a few years this was a perfect return to outdoor rock. My sister who has never climbed outdoors and has a fear of heights is already talking about climbing again. Tim was a great guide! We did a half day of climbing at bridge buttress after a quick discussion about what our goals were for the day. My daughter and I climbed three routes. T was super helpful and patient as this was our first outdoor climbing experience. Safe, knowledgeable, and fun - I'd definitely recommend!
