About me
I’m a fourth-generation fly fisherman originally from Mooresville, Indiana. Some of my earliest memories are fishing with my dad and grandpa on the lakes of central and southern Indiana, chasing largemouth bass and bluegill. My dad likes to joke that I could fly fish before I could walk — which might be a stretch — but I’ve been fishing for as long as I can remember. I was riding along on the boat by age three and got my first fly rod when I was eight. I graduated from Indiana University in 2018 with a degree in Recreational Therapy and a minor in Therapeutic Outdoor Programs. After moving to Utah, I quickly fell in love with western fly fishing and began learning the Provo River. These days some of my favorite places to fish are the Provo River, the Hams Fork in Wyoming, small streams around Jackson, and high alpine lakes across Utah and the surrounding states. I enjoy helping anglers of all experience levels feel more confident on the water while sharing the rivers that have become some of my favorite places to fish.Certifications
