About me

Hi, I have been Rock Climbing for 35 years now. I am originally from Silver Spring MD and first climbed at Seneca Rocks in the mid 1990's . I ticked off many of the classic 7's and 8's before heading west . I spent 25 years exploring and climbing around the American West. I lived in Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Montana, in my truck, and California. Aside from Seneca, some favorite climbing areas are Indian Creek and the greater Moab area, Gallatin Canyon in Montana, and Red Rocks, NV. When not climbing I enjoy music, mountain biking, and occasionally skiing. I am a co-owner of the DC based East Outdoors climbing school.
