On day 2 climbing with Doug, he got my GF up on some steep ice. Great at teaching the fundamentals and also letting you learn. Another great experience with him.

Fun experience with Doug. Been climbing with him for a few years and he did some intro training with my GF as she wanted to learn. Great intro day and got her climbing ice quickly.
