My coach Christsonthy was really amazing!! She was so positive and out going and just friendly and her energy was exactly what I needed. She helpe dme in 3 major ways that brought my biking to the next level. Climbing hills is so much easier for me now!! I felt like I left having made a new friend. She's an assitt to the mountain!!
