Paddle Boarding is a great way to improve your balance and get closer to nature. I love introducing new paddlers to paddle boarding and helping intermediate to advanced paddlers improve their kayaking or paddle boarding skills. The view, into the water, from a stand up paddle board is amazing. I am a WPA Paddle Board Level II Instructor Trainer and PaddleFit Pro Coach, eco tour guide, live aboard sailor, artist and web designer. Sheree was just the best guide- so personable and helpful. We learned best form for SUP, saw interesting marine life including some dolphins, and loved the dog beach area! Would do this again in a heartbeat!

We had a great adventure. Two women ages 67 and 59, stood up on the paddle board!!! Sheree was very patient, knowledgeable, friendly and HELPFUL!! Beaver Lake was gorgeous and the water was perfect. Would definitely recommend.
