We had an incredible experience with our mountain climbing guides. Despite the diverse skill levels among our group, including five kids and adults with varying abilities, the expedition went remarkably smoothly. Fantastic experience climbing and scrambling. We wanted our children, 8 and 6yo, to have a fun and safe first time climbing outdoors. Defne, our guide, called me the day before to discuss our abilities and plan for the day. We had a blast doing some top-rope routes on Mustang Ranch Rock and wrapped up with the Chasm of Doom! She was great with our kids and made us all feel super safe. We will definitely use this company again for our next guided rock climbing adventure in JT.

The guides for our Mojave desert tour were all great! There were lots of guides and they moved around our group of about 40 people. They each had something different to show us or tell us about, and they loved to see our excitement. They were each interesting people in their own way, forging unique paths in this world, totally appreciative of the beauty of the desert, the joy of their work and getting to know each of us. It felt like a great day with new friends. God bless each one of you. And thank you again.

The guides were both highly knowledgeable and warm and personable. Speaking of warm, I owe a special debt of gratitude to Mason for loaning me his extra jacket. I would have been really uncomfortable without his kind gesture.

Defne was such a great, fun guide! She was knowledgeable, safe, and flexible based on my needs as a client (I was coming off of a shoulder injury, so I wasn't fully sure of how hard I'd be climbing). She listened to my goals for the session, and gave me just the right amount of challenge for my current fitness level. We were able to pack a decent amount of climbing into the half day, and she was thoughtful enough to show me some classics and 5-star climbs, as it was my first time in Joshua Tree. Thanks again for a great time! I'd definitely book with Mojave Guides again.
