KMAC Guides is an AMGA Accredited mountain guide service in Estes Park, CO. Since 1987 we have lived and worked in the Estes Valley showing climbers, skiers, and adventures of all backgrounds the wild places of the world.
If a customer cancels their trip outside of 3 weeks KMAC will offer a full refund, inside of that timeframe we can not guarantee a refund.
If KMAC Cancels the trip due to weather before the start of the course, the guest will recieve a full refund.
If we have to cut a course short due to weather or other emergencies in the field, KMAC will not offer a refund.
