A great introduction to Ice Climbing! Perfect for folks who've always wanted to try Ice Climbing as well as folks who have been out a time or two before! Starting with proper crampon techniques, we’ll advance to single and multiple ice axe use.

Only after being comfortable with these newly acquired skills will we venture into steeper ground. You’ll have the opportunity to learn about ice screw placement, and get on some vertical ice.

What's Included

• AMGA Certified Instructor (at a minimum guides will be Single Pitch Instructors, though most have much more training than this)
• All necessary climbing gear and equipment

• Extra Layers
• Rain Jacket

• 1-2 Liters of water
• Sunscreen, sunglasses, hat
