All climbing equipment: harness, chalk bag, helmet, ropes, climbing shoes.
Appropriate attire and footwear for a short hike
Food and water for the day
Your personal climbing gear, if you want to use it (will be inspected before leaving the office).
All guided trips require a payment in full for securing your reservation. 75% can be refunded up to 2 weeks before your reservation. Afterwards, we cannot offer a refund, but we will reschedule your trip for another date if unforeseen conflicts arise in your life. If you leave for your guided trip for the day, we will not offer a refund for any amount. If weather or other issues arise (things that are not under the control of Basecamp Ouray) the day of your trip, we will work with you on rescheduling your adventure (availability dependent). If something occurs that cancels your trip and it is the fault of Basecamp Ouray, we will refund your entire trip amount. We highly encourage folks to keep an eye on weather conditions, road closures, etc. that may affect your trip.

We had an awesome day with a spectacular guide, Owen. We had previously done the Ouray and Telluride via ferratas, but this was a giant step up as far as experiences go. There is a lot of vertical climbing with naturally placed rungs to make it easier. The highlight was definitely the 230-ft bridge, but walking through the remains of the mine was also fun. Owen made sure we had a safe, exciting day and took over 100 pictures to show our friends and family just how epic the adventure was.

What an amazing day From start to finish. Our guide Owen was amazing, so knowledgeable and helpful and was able to help guide and challenge everyone in our group who were at all different levels.
