Cancellation Policy

Sober Outdoors, Inc. – Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 24, 2025

1. Cancellation by Participant

1.1. Notice Requirement: Participants desiring to cancel their registration for any event or service must provide written notice of cancellation no less than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the scheduled commencement of the event or service.​

1.2. Refund Eligibility: Timely cancellations, as defined in Section 1.1, shall entitle the participant to a full refund of any fees paid.​

1.3. Late Cancellations: Cancellations submitted fewer than fourteen (14) calendar days before the scheduled event or service may not qualify for a refund. Such cases will be assessed individually, and any refund issued shall be at the sole discretion of Sober Outdoors, Inc.​

1.4. Submission of Cancellation: All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing to the designated contact address of Sober Outdoors, Inc.​

2. Cancellation by Sober Outdoors, Inc.

2.1. Right to Cancel: Sober Outdoors, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any event or service due to circumstances including, but not limited to, insufficient enrollment, safety concerns, inclement weather, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseen events.​

2.2. Refunds Upon Cancellation: In the event that Sober Outdoors, Inc. cancels an event or service in its entirety, all participants shall receive a full refund of any fees or donations paid.​

3. Refunds for Event Fees and Donations

3.1. Event Fees: Refunds for event fees are only issued if Sober Outdoors, Inc. cancels the event in its entirety.​

3.2. Donations: Donations are non-refundable unless the associated event is fully canceled by Sober Outdoors, Inc.​

4. Return of Goods

4.1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days of delivery for unused and unopened goods in their original packaging.​

4.2. Return Process: To initiate a return, contact Sober Outdoors, Inc. with your order details.​

4.3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days after the returned goods are received and inspected.​

4.4. Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of Sober Outdoors, Inc. or defective goods.​

5. General Provisions

5.1. Modification of Policy: Sober Outdoors, Inc. reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Such modifications shall be effective upon posting or as otherwise communicated to participants.​

5.2. Governing Law: This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
