Coolers, beverages (no glass bottles please), and food are welcome on the wagon ride.
Scheduling Policy: Any and all rides must be approved by the scheduling department once a deposit is placed to hold the date of the event.
Weather Cancellations: Our rides are held rain or shine. Rides will be canceled in severe weather such as thunder and lightening, heavy rain/downpour, hail and sleet, snowing or unsafe footing conditions as determined by our guides. If your ride must be canceled due to the aforementioned, we will attempt to contact you either by text or call before the ride at the number you have provided. Please make sure your contact person and cell number is UPDATED. If you do not hear from us, you should assume that your event is going to take place. Remember that weather conditions at the stables may be different from weather in your area at any certain time.
Late Arrivals: All riders are required to arrive 15 minutest prior to your scheduled ride so pre-ride requirements can be addressed. If you arrive late to your scheduled ride, you will be unable to ride as this is disruptive to all other riders and schedules required to run the business and that of our partners. There will be no refund issued for those who are unable to ride due to a late arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 24 hour notice for horseback trail rides and 48 hour notice for all other rides is REQUIRED for cancellation of the event regardless of the reason. If canceling with less than the required timeframe, there will be no refund issued. For cancellations with more than minimum required timerame for notice to be given, payment amounts will be reimbursed minus a processing fee of 5%.
Within that 5% fee is an amount to cover the cost of credit card acceptance of 2.9% plus 30 cents (credit card surcharge or cost for accepting thse cards) except where its prohibited by law and for operating costs.
NOTE: Bank Account payments can take up to 7 days to process AND clear.
CREDIT/DEBIT card payments can take up to 2 days to process.
We reserve the right to cancel events for the safety of riders, volunteers, horses and staff. If we cancel for unseen reasons like equipment issues, horse injuries, extreme heat, etc. You will be refunded your invoice total minus only the 2.9% plus 30 cents processing fee. There is a 2.9% plus 30 cents processing fee for all refunds no matter what the reason is.
