Our guided trips on horseback will give you the feel of what it must have been like traveling a century ago into the new frontier past old homesteads and still sites.  Our trails include some old growth trees, rolling hills, and a mixture of open and canopy covered paths with wildlife frequently seen!  Rides run one hour in length.

Riders who are six and older must ride a horse of their own for the safety of our riders and horses.  If the young rider needs help with the horse, our guides can 'pony' the horse as needed with a lead rope on the trail.  Riders five and under may ride double provided the combined weight does not exceed 250 lbs.  Each of the riders riding a double must have a waiver form completed.

Note: To book a double - you should put a 'single rider' in your cart.  Then click 'book now' and on the next screen you can 'add-on a minor' to make it a double rider (2 people/one horse) so long as requirements noted above are met.

All riders are encouraged to wear helmets for their own safety.  We have helmets available or you may bring your own.
