Cancellation Policy
Tours run rain or shine. Serious weather events might cause result in rescheduling or delays.
If you cancel: You can cancel and get a full refund up to 48 hours before the adventure. There are no refunds within 48 hours of a tour, as we run on tight margins and seats can be difficult to refill on short notice.
If we cancel: We will only cancel a tour in case of guide emergency. If we cancel, we'll send you a full refund, asap.
