Outdoor Adventure Guides
Please bring a small day pack to carry water, snacks, and lunch for the trip. Please wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the current weather conditions (winter/ spring- hiking pants and jacket, summer- shorts and t-shirts, fall- shorts or pants, long sleeved shirts, and jacket. A light rain jacket is also a good idea as it can rain any time, any season) Layers of synthetic clothing that are made of quick drying materials are excellent. It is often cooler in the mornings and warms up in the afternoon. During the summer months, it is hot (July- early October, 100+) Please bring plenty of drinking water.
Please get the heights and weights of all participants so that we have the proper gear for your trip.
We will provide all of the technical gear for the trip.
- If canceling more than 30 days prior to the trip, there will be no charge except for a $50.00 administration fee.
-There is no refund for the Booking fee.
- If canceling between 15-29 days, you will be charged a deposit that was made 50% of the trip.
-We are not responsible for your transportation to the area. canceling because of severe weather conditions requires you
to show up and make an effort to the trailhead. The Guide will be the one to ascertain the severity of the conditions.
- ***If canceling within 14 days of the booking date, you will be charged the full amount.***

Our first family trip to Zion was amazing. Blown away buy its beauty. We hired Zion Rock and Mountain Guides for an early morning canyoneering trip and had an amazing experience. It was our kid’s (7 and 10 yrs old) favorite memory from our trip. Our guide Melissa was amazing! Super calm, reassuring, and made our kids feel confident and at ease as they backed down an 80’ wall. My family of 5 (ages ranging from 6-43) completed the half day guided canyoneering trip with Zion Rock and Mountain Guides, and it was an incredible experience. The trip was fun, rewarding, challenging and most importantly, safe. Our guide, Sophia, was extremely knowledgeable and patient, which made the trip even better. Sophia was able to guide us through the canyons with ease and provided us with all the necessary information to ensure our safety. She was also very encouraging and helped us push ourselves to complete some of the more challenging parts of the trip. The canyons themselves were absolutely stunning and the experience of rappelling was unforgettable. The trip was definitely challenging, but it was also incredibly rewarding and left us with a great sense of accomplishment. Overall, I would highly recommend this guided canyoneering trip to anyone looking for an adventure in Zion. Sophia was an amazing guide and made the trip even more enjoyable. I can't wait to go back and do it all over again!

My family a had great time with Zack he was very patient and encouraging with our kids, ages 12 and 13. We did 5 rappels on our half -day excursion. It included a 1st time rappel for everyone in our group. I'm hooked, I could go back and spend a week rapelling into slot canyons and not get tired of it.
