Meet like-minded people, indulge in healthy food, and enjoy the stunning views of the New River Gorge National Park. With rock climbing and yoga sessions designed for all experience levels, you're sure to leave feeling refreshed and energized.

SKILL LEVEL:

  • All level rock climbers and yoga practitioners of any level. We will meet you where you are on the yoga mat from beginners to experienced yogis. The climbing is suitable for anyone including those with no previous climbing experience. We will teach you everything you need to know!

PRE-REQUISITES:

  • 18 years or older

  • Ability to hike on uneven ground with 15-20 pounds for up to 30 minutes.

  • No previous climbing experience. We will match you with others of a similar level

  • For yoga, come as you are!

4:00-5:30 Arrive and get settled in

6:00-6:30 Orientation, Experience, Goals, and Logistics

6:30-8:00 Dinner, BYOB

DAY 2: CLIMBING AND YOGA SATURDAY

6:30 Coffee, Tea, Continental Breakfast

8:00-9:15  Morning Yoga Session

10:00-3:00 Climbing

4:00-5:00 Recovery Yoga

6:00-7:30 Dinner

7:30 Digestive Nature Walk

8:00 Campfire, relaxation
