Pickup at a local Jackson Hole hotel in our raised roof sightseeing van, for a once in a lifetime adventure to Yellowstone! This 2-day Yellowstone private tour of the lower loop, is often the highlight of our guests' Jackson Hole vacation. Lodging is included in Cooke City or similar.
On this 2-day private Yellowstone tour we will depart Jackson Hole as early as you are comfortable with. With a private tour, you tell us when the morning begins. This tour is ideal for those who want to take a deeper look at both parks and not have 12 hour days. On our way out of Jackson, we will travel through Grand Teton National Park and learn the stories and history of this amazing park! We will see some of the best viewpoints and reflections in Grand Teton. We'll take a quick pit stop (we try for running water restrooms only) at National Historic Landmark Jackson Lake Lodge.
We will then continue north, entering Yellowstone. Enjoy your time in this huge park in the most efficient manner possible. There will be no guessing what to see or where to park. Your guide will time out Old Faithful, show you the must-see highlights, and help you experience the science of Yellowstone on a deeper level.
Throughout the day, we will explore the Lower Loop including West Thumb Geyser Basin, Old Faithful, Grand Prismatic, and some of our other favorite gems. We will then overnight in West Yellowstone, MT at your choice of lodging for the night. (We can give you our best recommendations for your situation).
Day 2- We will spend the day finishing our exploration of the lower loop by checking out the Norris Geyser Basin, Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, the wildlife of Hayden Valley and Yellowstone Lake, the largest natural lake in Wyoming! As we make our way back into Grand Teton National Park in the mid afternoon we will see the more amazing sights and history with a deeper dive in this park.
With our professional spotting scopes and binoculars, get the most out of the world-class wildlife within Yellowstone. With your local guide, you can spot bears, moose, wapiti (elk), pronghorn antelope, and mule deer at any time.

Not Included
- Park entrance fees-Many people already have one, and there are many choices depending on your situation. Typically the best deal is an "All national parks season pass" which is $80, good for 4 people for one year. This can be purchased on the tour. Please see the park website for details.
