Cancellation Policy

Reservations are confirmed when payment is received. Payment is refundable if we are informed of your cancellation more than 72 hours in advance of your reservation. This allows us to open your space up for other guests. If you do not show up for your reserved activity, no refund will be issued.

If our staff cancels your activity (no refunds if we must cancel due to weather), then the Bar SZ Ranch will issue a 100% refund. Our staff reserves the right to move your activity to a different time during the same day as your scheduled activity time, in which case a refund will not be provided.

If staff elects to cancel your activity for a safety reason related to guest actions (not wearing the appropriate clothing, unwilling to wear a helmet, not complying with safety instructions) or if the guest is a no-show at the start time, there will not be a refund.

In the event that you have a paid for an activity but do not show up at the correct time, you or your child no longer wishes to participate, or for other reasons, no refund will be provided.

If you schedule an arena ride for your child the same time as your trail ride, you will need to make sure that an adult is present with your child/children at all times. We do not provide parentally unsupervised arena rides, and no refund will be provided if this error is made.
