Most mornings our muscles are cold and stiff, maybe a little neck or back pain.
Each Saturday morning at 10AM at Craig Park in Brea i will be teaching a yoga class that focuses on waking up those muscles and extending them to their full capacity.
My class is focused on extension, flowing movement, and connection to the body. It is appropriate for all ages and bodies and will be from 10am-11am on Saturday's.
