Have you wanted to hush the chatter in your head? Do you feel that everything around you is moving fast and there doesn't seem to be a way to slow it down? Do you feel that your life is moving faster than you'd like it to?
I'm here to help. I was in a similar position and knew that I needed a change. Mostly I recalled when I was a teenager and how sometimes the hands of the clock would move the slowest right before the bell would ring and would think back to how a year felt like eternity. All in all, time is a perception. Some people say that as you increase in age time moves faster because it becomes a smaller portion of your life than it once was. I'd have to say the one thing that has been able to change that understanding is mindfulness.
I've learned from the best you can get, Buddhist Monks. While living near LA for 6 years I was given the opportunity to not only learn and emerge myself in mindfulness but to also help guide others the second go around. During my time at the Hsi Lai Temple in Hacienda Heights California I learned a lot about myself and how I was hurrying through my experience of life.
I'd like to share the knowledge and expertise I learned from those Buddhist Monks over 2 separate retreats and show you how to calm the mind.
Honestly, this can't all be done in one sitting or session and I wouldn't pretend that it could. What I am offering is a week of morning meditation and evening meditation. This will include early morning meditation and intention setting as well as evening gratitude acknowledgment and meditation.
The price $300 includes the following:
-(2) 30min Meditation Sessions per day, (1 morning, 1 evening.)
Start: 4am-7:00am, 7:00pm-11:00pm.
-Personal Journal to record your meditation and take notes to continue meditation after the week.
-If you are having some heavy things come up, I am a safe space to share or to work through any discomfort.
-This can also be done with a spouse, family member, or friend if preferred.
The goal of this to help center you. It helped me immensely and the things learned can be done daily even after I've finished guiding you. Some find that doing the program for 2 weeks helps, but honestly one week is enough to alter your perception of time. This is 100% natural and includes guidance on being more mindful from how we interact with the world around us.
