Hello fellow adventurists! This is meant to be a morning energizing and centering experience.
We will start the day with a morning meditation to set intentions and ease the thoughts. I'll bring towels for us to sit on, just bring yourself!
After the meditation we will walk around the lake. This can be towards 6 miles if we go all the way around. For the sake of time, we can condense the distance we walk as it is a circle around the lake.
Let this inspire you to find the motivation you need to start getting active again! This can be an energizing way to start the morning as its filled with fresh air, relaxation and being centered.
