This is the hardest hike in Santa Barbara. It also offers the best views! Which includes the front and backcountry of the Santa Ynez Mountains, Pacific Ocean, Channel Islands, and multiple coastal cities. On this adventure, you will bag three peaks; Arlington 3,258', Cathedral 3,333' and La Cumbre 3,985'. It is 8+ miles roundtrip and includes class two scrambling, boulder hopping, and single-track dirt and rocky trails with over 3,000' elevation gain and loss. It will take at least six hours to complete.
