A short tour of four North Shore beaches where you have the best chance to see or be in the water with the following: Spinner Dolphins, Green Sea Turtles, and the Hawaiian Monk Seal (and whales if it is between December and April).
Please note that all these animals are WILD, and there is NO GUARANTEE that these animals will be present during the tour. I've been going to these spots for a while, and these are the best times to see the animals, but they live on their schedule, not mine.
My honest assessment of your chances to see each animal are as follows:
Spinning Dolphins appear about 15-20% of the time.
Sea Turtles are present about 80% of the time.
Hawaiian Monk Seals are a rarity as they are endangered, and can be seen only about 5-10% of the time.
ALL MEMBERS OF THE TOUR MUST RESPECT HAWAIIAN LAW. These animals are not to be touched, fed, harassed, chased, or have their paths altered in any way. You will be close enough that they will swim right up to you and you can get pictures; DO NOT CHASE THEM. I will end the tour immediately with no refunds if I see any guests violating these rules. Respect the Aina.
