Learn from Legends — Now at the SLCA Climbing Festival
Join the Salt Lake Climbers Alliance and Wasatch Mountain Guides for a hands-on Trad Climbing 101 clinic, hosted as part of the 13th Annual SLCA Climbing Festival: Climb. Connect. Compete. Protect.
This clinic is hosted by experienced WMG guides, all IFMGA/AMGA certified, with decades of climbing experience across the Wasatch and around the world.
This clinic is designed to take you from gym or sport climber to confident trad leader. Whether you've never racked a cam or you've followed a few trad pitches and want to tighten up your systems, this clinic will give you the foundation to start building your own trad climbing skill set.
Your registration is also your ticket into the day's festivities — head down the mountain after your clinic for the Cecret Challenge, vendor village, dinner, the evening keynote, and more.
NOTE: clinic participants must purchase a ticket to the SLCA Climbing Festival.
