Whether you're brand new to the sport or a seasoned rider looking to dial in the basics, this session is for you. We'll build a strong foundation that will make every ride safer, more efficient, and a whole lot more fun.

What we'll cover:

  • Bike setup — getting your bike dialed in so you can ride all day long
  • Stability & balance — body position fundamentals that set the foundation for every skill on the trail
  • Controls — brakes, shifting, and dropper post use so you're riding with confidence and in control
